How To Measure Your Bust
With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
How To Measure Your Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

Instructions:
1.- Unscrew the upper part of the grinder.
2.- Add salt or pepper (not suitable for other
spices).
3.- Replace the upper part.
4.- To choose the degree of grinding, adjust the
screw on top.
5.- Avoid using the grinder when it is empty, since
that this can damage the mechanism.
6.- Keep it away from moisture and
sources of heat.
7.- Do not wash in the dishwasher.
8.- Clean with a dry cloth.
